Taylor and Eric, like so many couples this year, rescheduled their wedding two times and how the day turned out I wouldn’t have imagined it gone any other way! The love from their friends and family was so apparent and I think it totally came out in their wedding photos!
To begin the day, Taylor and Eric got ready with their friends at a private home in Santa Cruz, right on the beach! It was amazing! The Santa Cruz sunset was show-stopping.
The dress and shoes was such a fun experiment! I highly suggest, when we book your wedding photography session, to plan time for the details to be photographed! Having time to form a scene is important when planning on delivering fine art wedding photographs!

Situated on a bluff in the Santa Cruz Mountains the Chaminade is an amazing Mediterranean-style resort and perfect for a wedding! Recently renovated, the updated Chaminade offers old world charm with modern twists! Ceremonies at the Chaminade are perfect for couples trying to capture that warm California sunlight in in their photos.
Taylor and Eric decided to do their first look at this amazing little shaded courtyard with this lovely water feature. The Chaminade has many ideal locations for couples who want a first look for their wedding photos! As a wedding photographer I have to say, I appreciated the many little spots around the property.

The Chaminade has this amazing lookout to the Monterey Bay with these perfect chairs and places for your guests to relax before and after the wedding ceremony.

The Chaminade offers this perfect flow from the ceremony to the reception area. The Sunset Room has these huge windows so you never escape the views just steps from the Spanish style courtyard and patio. Again, as a wedding photographer, I am in love with this resort! They make it so easy to get all of your photos in one location so you have more time to enjoy it with your guests!

Taylor and Mike were so creative! COVID-19 aware, they used bubble guns that shot out bubbles instead of having the guests blowing! Safe and I think they added some fun to the photos!
I mean come on! The Spanish Courtyard at the Chaminade is amazing!
After the ceremony at the Chaminade Resort and Spa we all headed back to the private home to party the night away!
