Marina, Califorina. Tiny beach town just a few miles north of Monterey proper. You were greeted by the sound of the sea. Strong and yet comforting at the same time. It was the perfect setting for Jane and James to tie the knot. It was a reflection of the love they obviously had for each-other and that was present in the family and friends there to witness and lift up.

Sanctuary Beach Resort is this amazing hotel and restaurant in Marina, California that I love photographing at. They have this amazing restaurant called Salt Wood Kitchen that serves great oysters and had a super bar. One of my favorite parts of Sanctuary Beach Resort is the access to the beach. You have this amazing open space with fire pits and water access. Sometime on hot days in Marina I take my family down there, order some drinks and food and play in the water. Such a cool addition to living in Marina!

If you are wanting to get married in Marina or near Monterey I would definitely suggest Sanctuary Beach Resort. On top of the great location, the great room for holding your reception is too cool. With giant windows opening up to the cool ocean breeze and long tables to seat all your guests, you are certain to have a great time as the space for your reception.
