Monterey is the perfect place for a wedding. There is so much character and history around every corner. When couple come to Monterey I love integrating all of that into their photos. One of my favorite spots in Monterey for wedding photos is this little garden next to the Custom House. It is literally right next to the hustle and bustle of Monterey’s Old Fisherman’s Wharf but once you step inside it all seems to disappear. So many succulents, cactus, and cool old trees, I would give this a 10/10.

Katie and Chris decided to have their first look at Colton Hall in Monterey, California giving us quick and easy access to the buildings and gardens downtown. Initially, I was struck by the ingenious and fun use of color, but then once the photos got rolling, the excitement and love on their faces took over.
